Simon is a Barbadian, born and bred, with an extensive network of contacts on the island. Having attended boarding school and college in Canada, Simon returned to Barbados to get involved with his family business, St Nicholas Abbey. Son of renowned architect Larry Warren, Simon has a genuine passion for real estate on the island. He provides a friendly, attentive, client led service. When he is not busy selling rum or prime real estate, he can be found enjoying family time with his wife Camilla and three sons, Arthur, Henry and George
